AireSpring, Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Project Manager (Telecom) to take full ownership of telecom service delivery from order submission through installation and turn-up.

This remote role requires independent management of multiple projects, driving timelines with carriers and internal teams for timely implementation. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in telecom service delivery or project management, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom service delivery, provisioning, or project management.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end circuit delivery (internet/voice/fiber/cloud).
• Deep understanding of carrier processes and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of telecom services, including submission, provisioning, installation, and activation.
• Manage and enforce carrier timelines and Firm Order Commitments, addressing delays proactively.
• Drive installations to completion with site readiness, documentation, and access interdependencies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks early and take proactive action to prevent delays or service impact.
• Lead escalations with carriers and vendors to ensure accountability and timely resolutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, vendors, customers) for seamless execution.
• Track and manage multiple concurrent projects with accurate status, milestones, and documentation.
• Ensure revenue realization by driving projects to successful completion.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective expectation management and delivery results.
• Document project progress, updates, and completion reports in internal systems.
