Job summary

ZenithSVA Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead telecommunications projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to scope and quality.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, at least five years of telecom project management experience, and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience handling mobile network, fixed network, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end project implementation in telecommunications field (mobile and fixed network projects).
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, and client updates.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to management.
• Support project handover and ensure all documentation requirements are completed.
• Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
