Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking an Advanced Associate in Assurance. You will support routine substantive and controls-based procedures from EY GDS, mainly serving Americas and Europe clients, with opportunities to work virtually or on-site with engagement teams.

The role emphasizes accounting and assurance concepts, professional ethics, and learning EY technology. CPA is a plus; BS Accountancy is required; 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or related course with 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and assurance concepts.
• CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality assurance deliverables in line with EY Global methodology.
• Understand industry risks and assurance concepts.
• Interact with the global engagement team regularly.
• Suggest improvements by comparing review procedures across clients.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Uphold EY's ethics and data confidentiality.
• Participate in calls with EY Onshore teams.
• Learn EY technology and tools to enhance service delivery.
