As a Technical Drafter & Operations Assistant, you will draft precise AutoCAD drawings, price jobs, order materials, develop SOPs, and assist with invoicing while coordinating with the team to keep projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as a mid-level professional, proactively identifying missing data and coordinating with the team to resolve project bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Translate site measurements into precise technical drawings using AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Ensure designs meet compliance standards with detailed specifications.
• Pricing Jobs: use job management software to assemble accurate quotes.
• Coordinate with external fabricators for pricing of components.
• Manage end-to-end quoting workflow with 24-48 hour turnaround.
• Order materials and manage the project schedule.
• Perform quality checks and final invoicing to clients.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and safety documentation.
• Manage social media posts and marketing repository.
