Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM (CET)

Salary Range: $1,500-$3,000/month(still negotiable depending on portfolio, work samples, experience, and skills)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Technical Carpentry & Production Manager to oversee and manage their technical millwork, cabinetry, and custom woodwork projects. This role will serve as the key technical authority for their production team, bridging practical job-site execution with remote project coordination.
The ideal candidate should have at least 8-10 years of proven hands-on site experience in custom carpentry, cabinetry, installation, and assembly. You will be responsible for reviewing and translating complex technical plans, verifying site measurements, guiding CNC machining workflows, and managing team communication to ensure seamless execution from initial drafting through final installation.
Technical Oversight & Project Management: Review, audit, and provide technical input on technical drawings, cutting lists, joinery details, and exploded views to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and buildability
Team Leadership & Communication: Directly manage and guide technical draftsmen and production staff, resolve technical bottlenecks, and communicate precise requirements across teams
Site & Installation Coordination: Apply extensive field knowledge to evaluate site measurements, assembly requirements, fitment tolerances, hardware selection, and site installation conditions
CNC & Manufacturing Integration: Oversee CNC production workflows, nested routing, cutting lists, and material utilization to maintain high precision and minimize waste
Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables comply with custom millwork specifications, material standards, and project timeline milestones
Field & Site Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in custom carpentry, site measurements, cabinetry installation, assembly, and joinery
Technical Plan Reading: Expert ability to read, interpret, and redline architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and structural details
CNC Expertise: Working knowledge of CNC machinery, cutting parameters, toolpath logic, and production processes for wood and composite materials
Material Knowledge: In-depth understanding of solid wood, veneers, engineered boards (MDF, plywood), laminates, hardware fittings, and finishing methods
Team Management: Demonstrated leadership experience managing and guiding technical teams
Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD/CAM software (Rhino, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Cabinet Vision, or TopSolid)
Experience with parametric modeling or automation tools (e.g., Grasshopper)
Knowledge of metal fabrication, integrated lighting, or hybrid material joinery
