Qualifications

• 2+ years as Team Leader in the BPO industry.
• Experience supporting a fitness account or health/fitness knowledge.
• Zendesk experience a huge plus.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Proven performance management background.
• Flexible; open to shifting and holiday work.
• Excellent coaching skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving targets.
• Service- and customer-focused.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach.
