Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Team Leader for its Call Centre to coach and develop CCRs, ensuring service levels and performance targets are met within a structured operating system. The role reports to the Operations Manager and supports a work-from-home setup with reliable internet.

Eligibility includes Band levels, performance ratings, and compliance with internal rules. Candidates must meet monthly internet standards and be prepared for a 12-month commitment after selection.

Qualifications

• Band Level 4B or 5A eligibility per posting.
• For 4B, 12 months in current role required; recent promotions excluded.
• For 5A, movement is lateral.
• Performance rating of 3+ in the 2024 annual review.
• No corrective action or Performance Improvement Plan and administrative case during or within 3 months prior to the roll out of the IJP
• No reliability issues in the last 6 months

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach CCRs to ensure consistent quality and meet SLAs.
• Execute the management operating system in a fast-paced work environment.
• Report to the Operations Manager.
