Job summary

Elevate and Delegate LLC in the Philippines is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join as a key leader in a boutique firm serving small and mid-sized businesses. You will manage client accounting, tax support, and help scale the team.

The role requires 5–7+ years in public or client accounting, proficiency with Drake Tax, TaxDome and QuickBooks Online, and excellent English. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate financial statements, and deliver high-quality client deliverables

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of public accounting or client accounting experience.
• Experience with Drake Tax, and TaxDome required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
• Strong bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience preparing business and/or individual tax returns.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping for multiple client accounts and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Provide tax preparation and review for business and individual returns; assist with planning.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff; improve workflows and quality control.
• Communicate professionally with clients and manage deadlines across engagements.
