Elevate and Delegate is a boutique accounting and advisory firm seeking an experienced accounting professional to join as a key leader. The role focuses on client accounting, tax support, and team leadership, with fully remote work and opportunities to scale the accounting team.

The candidate should have 5–7+ years of public or client accounting experience, familiarity with Drake Tax, TaxDome, and QuickBooks Online, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of public accounting or client accounting experience.
• Experience with Drake Tax and TaxDome required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping for multiple client accounts.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Prepare and review business and individual tax returns.
• Assist with tax planning and compliance.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.
• Review work for accuracy and completeness.
• Improve workflows, documentation, and quality control.
• Help build and scale the accounting team over time.
• Deliver client service with minimal supervision.
