Qualifications

• Experience in hiring, onboarding, talent operations, people operations, or related operational role.
• Experience in high-volume hiring or people operations environment.
• Ability to build, manage, and own operational systems.
• Strong data handling, record-keeping, and pattern identification.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Able to take ownership of processes from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain accurate talent records for team members.
• Track milestones including interviews, training, post-training progress, and 3- and 6-month check-ins.
• Manage talent pipeline end-to-end and track throughout stages.
• Monitor departures to identify recurring patterns and causes.
• Review hiring outcomes and compare performance with interview data.
• Identify characteristics and patterns of successful hires.
• Identify gaps in hiring and screening processes.
• Monitor early indicators among new hires for readiness and performance concerns.
• Maintain accurate, organized data supporting hiring decisions.
• Communicate findings and insights clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain consistent talent operations processes.
