Benefits Command, LLC is seeking a full-time System Analyst to provide technology and systems support for its client, VA Claims Insider, LLC (VACI). The role focuses on Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, and related business tools to ensure secure access, licensing, and reliable configurations.

You will handle day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot issues, and help with basic automations and workflows used by internal teams.

Formación

• Experience administering Google Workspace and supporting cloud-based business systems.
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), SaaS administration, workflow automation, and UAM.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Google Workspace users, groups, licenses, and shared drives.
• Onboard/offboard users across platforms with proper provisioning and data transfer.
• Monitor Google Drive storage and support data retention cleanup practices.
• Track SaaS subscriptions and identify unused or redundant licenses.
• Support platform security, including two-step verification and audit logs.
• Configure GoHighLevel sub-accounts, fields, pipelines, and settings.
• Build and maintain basic automations and workflows across platforms.
• Provide general tech support for Google Business Profile, Cloudflare, hosting, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues and fix broken workflows/automations.
• Document system configurations and access protocols; provide user training.
• Coordinate with VACI contacts on priorities and requirements.
• Perform other tech and systems-related services as requested.
