Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize supply chains in a fully remote role. Analyze, design, and implement efficient logistics solutions for a diverse client base, working from anywhere within Mexico.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
5+ years in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations.
Strong understanding of inventory management and transportation dynamics.
Experience with SAP, Oracle SCM, JDA, and advanced Excel.
Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish and English for international collaboration.
Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work autonomously on multiple remote projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and cost savings.
Develop strategies for inventory, warehousing, and distribution optimization.
Forecast demand using data analytics and modeling.
Design transportation routes to reduce freight costs and improve delivery times.
Collaborate remotely with teams, suppliers, and clients.
Implement and manage supply chain technologies and software.
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
