Job summary

Sagan World LLC. is seeking a technical estimator to prepare substation construction estimates and quantity takeoffs, from scope review through pricing and handoff to operations.

The role requires experience in high-voltage electrical assembly estimating and the ability to coordinate vendor quotes, assess bid risks and deliver complete estimates for project execution. This position is remote with Mexico, Central America and South America, plus the Philippines.

Qualifications

• HV electrical assembly estimating experience
• Heavy civil foundation estimating and structural steel pricing experience preferred
• Electrical vendor negotiations and end-to-end substation bid lifecycle experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete substation-construction estimates and quantity takeoffs.
• Review drawings, scope and bid requirements; price labor, equipment and materials.
• Coordinate vendor quotes, assess bid risks and hand estimates over to project operations
