Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master’s/PhD is a plus.
• Professional experience in structural analysis and design.
• Hands-on experience using OpenSees.
• Knowledge of ACI 318, AISC 360, or Eurocode (EN 1992/1993/1998).
• Experience with nonlinear modeling, response spectrum, pushover, or performance-based design.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Design AI training tasks based on structural engineering concepts.
• Create clear problem statements covering analysis, design, simulation, and codes.
• Develop reference solutions and scoring criteria for AI evaluation.
• Build tasks using OpenSees and related methods.
• Create evaluation scenarios on pushover, seismic design, FEA, RC design, steel connections, retrofit.
• Review AI solutions for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.
• Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment.
