Job summary

FinStrat Management is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a client‑facing Staff Accountant. This full-time remote role will involve supporting accounting operations and financial reporting for various FSM clients.

Key responsibilities include monthly financial close, account analysis, invoicing, and ensuring high-quality client service. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of accounting experience and proficiency in Excel and web-based accounting software, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly financial close and related activities for clients.
• Invoice client’s customers and manage client accounts receivables.
• Process client’s accounts payable including approval workflows.

Skills

Invoicing, accounts receivable management & collections

Accounts payable entries and issue resolution

Account reconciliation including accruals & prepaid expense analysis

Proficiency with web-based accounting software applications

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical skills

Education

Degree in Accounting/Finance, or requisite work experience
