Qualifications

• 5+ years in Database Administration, focusing on SQL Server or similar RDBMS.
• Experience tuning production databases including SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Advanced proficiency in T-SQL/PLSQL and performance tuning.
• Hands-on in backups, replication, and HA/DR strategies.
• Strong understanding of database security at scale.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain production database environments.
• Tune complex queries and optimize system performance.
• Design and execute backup, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Manage database security protocols and infrastructure.
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
