We are growing fast and looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who can transform creative concepts into compelling, high-performing video content. This is a full-time remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and understands both aesthetics and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional video editing experience (agency experience preferred).
• Expert proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ or higher required — mandatory).
• Experience editing for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, platform trends, and short-form content dynamics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage feedback efficiently and implement revisions accurately.
• Experience working in a remote team environment is a plus.
• Motion graphics and animation skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble engaging video content aligned with creative briefs and client goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video deliverables, maintaining each client’s unique aesthetic and voice.
• Perform sound editing and mixing, incorporating music, voiceovers, and sound effects effectively.
• Apply professional color grading and correction for visually cohesive and polished output.
• Add graphics, animations, transitions, and text overlays that enhance storytelling without overpowering it.
• Deliver first drafts on time (target: 90% on-time delivery).
• Accurately implement 100% of feedback in the first revision round.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain strict file organization and naming protocols (100% compliance).
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free final exports.
• Proactively suggest new trends, effects, and editing techniques (minimum 1 per month).
• Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and creative leads to produce cohesive campaigns.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform evolutions to keep content relevant and competitive.
