BruntWork in the Philippines seeks a Social Media Assistant & Content Editor to bridge multimedia content creation with active social media management. You will edit podcasts and videos, produce short clips, audiograms, and publish content across major platforms with captions and thumbnails.

The role is part-time (20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling, requiring proactive communication, reliable delivery, and a portfolio showcasing work. Remote work from the Philippines is offered.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing podcast/video editing and social media work.
• Permanent remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Edit one weekly long-form podcast episode (video when available, audio-only otherwise).
• Create 3–5 vertical clips per episode for Reels/Shorts/TikTok with captions.
• Produce ~2 audiograms weekly from coach's video library with licensed music.
• Publish episodes to podcast platforms and YouTube with title, description, show notes, and thumbnail.
• Plan, schedule, and post 5–7 social posts weekly across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok.
• Reply to comments and DMs; escalate sensitive messages.
• Provide weekly status updates and stay ahead on content; collaborate with coach.
• Potential future growth into guest booking, client outreach, and scheduling.
