Qualifications

• Experience in managing professional social media channels.

• Proficient with AI tools but can write and design without overreliance.
• Exceptional grammar, spelling, and design standards.
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Understanding of LinkedIn vs Meta best practices.
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite; familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, write, and visually design original, engaging social media content tailored specifically for LinkedIn and Meta
• Create professional, eye-catching visual assets and graphics that align with our brand identity
• Write compelling, clean social copy and hooks that drive engagement, comments, and shares within the healthcare and recruitment communities
• Conceptualize and script cohesive social media campaigns designed to promote our services and open recruitment roles
• Monitor platforms, lean into social engagement, and interact with our community to build brand loyalty
• Assist with scheduling and tracking content deployment
