Job summary

Outsourced.ph is hiring an entry-level Social Media Implementation Coordinator to support paid social campaigns. You will turn briefs into live ads, manage day-to-day execution, and report results back to the team.

You’ll collaborate with internal digital and strategy teams, gain hands-on experience across ad creation, campaign setup, and performance reporting. Schedule: M to F, 7am–4pm PH, Work from home.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Canva or similar design tools.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Willingness to learn paid media tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Build & Execution: Create social media ad assets with Canva, build and publish paid campaigns across platforms.
• Internal Communication: Act as a key contact between the client and internal teams, provide campaign updates.
• Reporting & Optimisation Support: Compile performance reports, track spend, impressions, clicks, and basic ROI; support dashboards and summaries.
• Quality Control: Check ads, links, copy, and tracking before launch, ensure brand and platform compliance.
