Job summary

Supply Chimp is seeking a SOC Analyst Level 2 in the Philippines to independently execute and support day-to-day security operations. You will monitor security, triage alerts, maintain evidence, and assist with incident response, risk assessments, and testing to strengthen our evolving security program.

You will work within established processes while proposing practical improvements, with core hours aligning to business needs. Opportunity for hands-on impact in a growing security team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of security operations experience
• Hands-on with SIEM, alert triage, and incident response
• Experience with risk assessment and audits (NIST/PCI) preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts and investigate suspected security events.
• Document alert dispositions, findings, decisions, and actions clearly and accurately.
• Escalate confirmed or suspected security events with relevant context and supporting information.
• Coordinate approved containment, recovery, and follow-up activities within defined authority and working hours.
• Maintain review-ready security plans, compliance records, assessment artifacts, and supporting documentation.
