Job summary

Supply Chimp is seeking a SOC Analyst Level 2 to independently execute and support day-to-day security operations. This hands-on role focuses on monitoring, alert triage, evidence collection, and incident response within established processes.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in security operations, hands-on SIEM experience, and familiarity with Microsoft security technologies. The position supports a distributed, remote-friendly team and emphasizes practical improvements to security

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in security operations, information security, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring and SIEM tools, including alert triage and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft security and identity technologies (Entra ID, Intune, CA).
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, access control, logging, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts and investigate suspected events.
• Document alert dispositions, findings, decisions, and actions clearly.
• Escalate confirmed events with relevant context and supporting information.
• Maintain review-ready security plans, evidence, and artifacts.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and other teams on security activities and remediation.
