Job summary

TOA Global is seeking an organized SMSF Administrator to support Australian SMSF accounting practice clients. This remote, full-time role focuses on data collection, lodgment workflows, system setup, and client correspondence to ensure practitioners operate efficiently.

You will work with Class, XPM, FYI Docs, and Monday.com, handling data gathering, regulatory tasks, and document management. Strong English communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in SMSF, superannuation, or professional services administrative support (non-accounting)
• Experience servicing Australian clients in offshore or outsourced setups
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Set up new SMSF client files across Class, XPM, FYI Docs, and Monday.com
• Coordinate data for TBAR, changes, and share registries
• Maintain SMSF compliance calendar and track ATO deadlines
• Communicate with Australian trustees and advisors to request records
• Prepare routine trustee resolutions, minutes, and invoices
