CO Careers is seeking a detail-oriented SketchUp Designer/Drafter to transform concepts into accurate, highly detailed 3D models and compelling visuals. You will convert rough sketches and CAD layouts into production-ready assets for client proposals and production teams.

You will collaborate with sales, design, and project management, applying textures, lighting, and realistic renders with V-Ray/Enscape. This remote, home-based role offers growth opportunities and exposure to diverse

Formación

• Proven experience as 3D Designer/Drafter with SketchUp portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Trimble SketchUp.
• Hands-on with rendering plugins such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Basic AutoCAD or similar 2D drafting knowledge.
• Strong understanding of scale, spatial layout, materials.
• Organized with clean model layers and file structures.
• Clear written and verbal English for remote collaboration.
• Experience in residential/commercial architecture, interior design, cabinetry/millwork modeling.
• Familiar with LayOut for 2D drawings.

Responsabilidades

• 3D modeling of sketches and CAD files into accurate, detailed SketchUp models.
• Apply materials, textures, lighting, and organize layers for workflows.
• Create high-quality renders using V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion for proposals.
• Produce floor plans and interior/exterior elevations and drafts.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and PM to implement revisions.
