Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented SketchUp Designer / Drafter to convert rough sketches and CAD layouts into precise 3D models and visuals. You will collaborate with the design and sales teams to support proposals and client reviews while ensuring accurate, organized project assets.

Experience with SketchUp, rendering plugins (V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion), and basic 2D drafting (AutoCAD) is preferred.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a 3D Designer, Drafter, or 3D Modeler with SketchUp portfolio.
Advanced proficiency in Trimble SketchUp and familiarity with 2D drafting tools.
Hands-on experience with rendering plugins such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
Strong understanding of scale, spatial layout, and architectural standards.

Responsibilities

3D Modeling: translate sketches and CAD layouts into accurate 3D models using SketchUp.
Scene Setup & Texturing: apply materials, lighting, organize layers for workflow and presentation.
Rendering & Visualization: generate high-quality renders for proposals and reviews.
Layout & Drafting: assist in producing floor plans and elevation concepts.
Design Support: collaborate with sales, design, and PM teams to implement revisions.
