Zusammenfassung

DCX is seeking a proactive website manager to oversee live Shopify stores, update product content, and ensure smooth storefront operations. You will collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to implement updates and optimize user experience across desktop and mobile.

You should have hands-on Shopify expertise, at least 3 years in website management or e-commerce, and the ability to learn BrightSites or BigCommerce as needed.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of relevant website management, development, or e-commerce implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on Shopify store management experience.
• Experience managing product catalogs and maintaining accurate website content.
• Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new platforms and adapt to changing requirements.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain live Shopify stores, including product listings, collections, navigation, promotions, and store settings.
• Update product descriptions, images, pricing, variants, and website content.
• Test links, forms, navigation, and checkout functionality to ensure websites work properly.
• Troubleshoot common website issues and check website quality across desktop and mobile devices.
• Support new store setups and ongoing storefront improvements.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to implement website updates.
• Learn and work with additional platforms, including BrightSites and BigCommerce.
