Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Shopify Developer to design and build high-performance e-commerce storefronts, apps, and custom themes. You will translate brand visions into functional digital experiences, ensuring seamless shopping journeys through expert use of the Shopify ecosystem.

You will work remotely on impactful projects, collaborating with design and product teams to implement scalable features that drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on E-commerce development.
• Proven expertise in developing and maintaining Shopify storefronts, apps, and themes.
• Advanced proficiency in Liquid templating and working with Shopify APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Hydrogen and Remix for headless commerce solutions.
• Strong background in front-end technologies and web performance optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes using Liquid templating and modern frontend practices.
• Build and optimize headless commerce solutions utilizing Hydrogen and Remix frameworks.
• Design and integrate custom Shopify applications to extend storefront functionality and improve user experience.
• Implement and manage complex Shopify API integrations for third-party systems and data synchronization.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and high performance across all e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to implement scalable features that drive online sales and customer engagement.
