Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based SEO and Paid Search Specialist to drive measurable results for multiple clients. You will execute SEO and paid search strategies and collaborate with the Client Services and Strategy teams to implement best practices across SEO, paid media, analytics, and performance reporting.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on SEO and PPC experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work overnight or US hours from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4, GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site, technical, and off-site SEO initiatives as defined in client strategies.
• Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Set up conversion tracking and ensure accurate attribution in GA4 and GTM.
• Monitor performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure campaign success.
