RippedBoxStation is seeking an SEO & Google Ads Specialist to drive organic visibility and paid campaigns from a remote location in the Philippines. The role requires hands-on optimization of website content, keyword research, and campaign management to generate qualified leads.

The ideal candidate will analyze performance data, adjust strategies, and collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO and PPC with business goals.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page optimization, and organic search performance.
• Experience improving paid search campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize the company's website content and existing SEO initiatives to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities aligned with the company's target audience and business objectives.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, content structure, internal linking, and keyword placement.
• Review website performance and identify opportunities to improve SEO rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, search visibility, and other relevant SEO performance metrics.
• Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and coordinate necessary improvements with the appropriate team.
• Develop and implement recommendations to improve organic search performance, website visibility, and lead generation.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and generate qualified leads.
• Review and optimize campaign structure, keywords, search terms, ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets.
• Monitor key campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven optimization strategies to improve campaign results.
• Conduct keyword research and negative keyword management to improve campaign relevance and advertising efficiency.
• Test and refine ad copy, audience targeting, and campaign settings to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Monitor advertising spend and ensure campaigns remain aligned with business goals and budget requirements.
• Align SEO and Google Ads strategies with the company's overall lead generation and business development objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase website inquiries, qualified leads, and conversions through organic and paid search.
• Analyze website and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that increase marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare regular SEO and Google Ads performance reports, including campaign results, lead generation metrics, and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure marketing activities support business development priorities and overall company growth.
