RippedBoxStation is seeking a skilled SEO & Google Ads Specialist to drive organic growth and paid search performance from a remote setup in the Philippines. The role requires hands-on optimization of website content, keyword research, and campaign management in EST timezone working hours.

You will analyze performance, report results, and collaborate with teams to boost inquiries and qualified leads through integrated SEO and paid search strategies.

Qualificações

• Proven SEO and Google Ads management experience.
• Experience conducting keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with GA, GSC, and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize the company's website content and existing SEO initiatives to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization including titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
• Review and improve SEO rankings, organic traffic, and visibility.
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and performance metrics.
• Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and coordinate improvements.
• Develop recommendations to improve organic search and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for leads, including structure, keywords, ads, and bidding.
• Review campaign performance, CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
• Test ad copy, targeting, and settings to improve quality and conversions.
• Monitor spend and ensure alignment with goals and budget.
• Align SEO and Ads with lead generation objectives.
• Analyze performance and implement strategies to increase inquiries and conversions.
• Prepare regular SEO and Google Ads performance reports with actionable insights.
