Job summary

Balsam Brands Philippines is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape digital experiences across our websites. You will own projects from concept through handoff, partnering with Product, eCommerce and Technology teams to balance user needs with business goals.

You will translate hypotheses into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, conduct user research, and ensure accessibility and consistency across the brand. A strong portfolio and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires an undergraduate degree in Web/Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Own UX/UI projects from concept to handoff to developers.
• Collaborate with Product, eCommerce, and Tech teams to align user needs with business goals.
• Create user flows, wireframes, comps and prototypes, and conduct user research.
