The role emphasizes ownership of UX/UI priorities, collaboration with product and ecommerce teams, and a strong focus on end-user experiences. Located in Metro Manila, this independent contractor position reports to the Director of UX/UI and participates via Upwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Web/Graphic Design or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX or web design.
• An online portfolio showing solo-created work.
• Strong eye for typography, color and grid systems.
• Knowledge of mobile design standards and responsive design practices.
• User-centered design approach and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality UI designs with brand alignment and pixel-perfect details.
• Create icons and assets for use across the website in collaboration with Creative.
• Deliver final UI specs for developers.
