Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Sage Intacct PPS Functional Consultant to deliver post-production support for US-based clients from the Philippines. This fully remote, full-time role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, optimizing system configurations, and driving data-driven improvements.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams to support project delivery and client

Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience in a consulting, advisory, or client-services environment.
Strong command of Sage Intacct modules: General Ledger, AP/AR, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, Revenue Recognition.

Responsibilities

Provide post-production support for US-based clients using Sage Intacct, resolving issues and optimizing configurations.
Troubleshoot functional problems across core Sage Intacct modules and support process improvements.
Collaborate with US-based CrossCountry consultants and client stakeholders across time zones, delivering clear status updates.
