You will manage projects from start to finish, coordinating with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in market research project management, preferably in healthcare, with strong time management, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in market research project management, preferably healthcare.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to solve issues proactively.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team to meet objectives.
• Basic math skills including incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, profit.
• Very strong MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word; quick learner of new tech.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple online research projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage international quantitative and qualitative market research projects end-to-end.
• Set up and test survey links, prepare samples, conduct quality checks, handle inquiries and honoraria.
• Coordinate and lead kickoff meetings to align timelines and responsibilities.
• Manage vendor relationships for timely deliverables and issue resolution.
• Monitor data collection quality and provide status updates.
• Track study profitability and project costs.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to improve performance.
• Work independently to support international teams outside US hours.
