Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Manager – Global Project Accounting & Financial Performance to lead end-to-end financial performance and service delivery across a large regional project accounting organization. You will own KPIs, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction while guiding complex financial operations for high-value infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in multinational, complex organizations with senior leadership responsibility.
• Deep expertise in Project Accounting and financial performance management (IFRS 15 / IAS 11 / ASC 606).
• Experience with large ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Blackline, or similar).
• Advanced analytical capability and executive-level reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the full suite of financial, operational, and service delivery KPIs across a large, regional project accounting organization.
• Translate complex financial data into executive insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Lead governance forums, reviews, and escalation discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and remediation for KPI variances and financial performance.
