Qualifications

5+ years of market research project management experience in a client-facing role.
Professional-level English (verbal and written).
Clear, confident communicator who can translate needs into action.
Strong relationship builder focused on outcomes and value creation.
Proficiency with market research tools and project management platforms (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, Tableau, MS Excel).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Data-driven with problem-solving ability under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, on time and within scope.
Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations and provide proactive recommendations.
Identify risks early, remove blockers, and surface opportunities to deepen client partnerships.
Partner with Sales and Research to build compelling proposals and feasible pricing.
Oversee survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting for quality outputs.
Ensure data integrity, reporting quality, and customer satisfaction.
