Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a senior Digital Marketing Executive based in the Philippines to join a Australian-focused agency as an independent contractor. You will build and manage Google Ads campaigns, optimise across multiple client accounts, and analyse performance to drive ROI.

The role requires alignment with Australian business hours (approx. 9 AM–4 PM AEST) and about 38 hours per week, with flexible scheduling as a contractor. You will sign NDA and security agreement up front.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in an agency with multiple client accounts.
• Strong end-to-end campaign setup from scratch and ongoing optimisation.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and conversion-tracking troubleshooting.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify issues, and improve ROI.
• Experience with Meta Ads is a plus; SEO knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent English copywriting for Australian audiences and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise Google Ads campaigns from scratch across multiple accounts.
• Manage weekly optimisations for 20+ client accounts and track ROI.
• Investigate declines, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Prepare weekly red-flag reports with performance insights and fixes.
• Set up conversion tracking for forms, calls, and Shopify (GA4/GT Manager).
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns and test creatives; document changes in Asana.
• Draft short client update emails focused on testing and growth.
• Support SEO activities including content, on-page, and technical improvements.
• Update WordPress and Shopify pages per strategy and feedback.
• Follow processes and keep internal systems updated; communicate clearly.
