Job summary

delegatecx is seeking a Senior Accountant - Billing and Collections to lead a Billing/Collections team for a US-based client portfolio. This full-time role requires ensuring accurate invoices, timely postings, and robust controls while coordinating with Sales, Service, and Operations.

The position emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and monthly reporting and offers a permanent work-from-home setup with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years AR, Billing, and Collections experience, including at least 2 years supervising a team.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition and deferred revenue concepts.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willing to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise billing and collections team and assign tasks.
• Review invoices, posting, notices, and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Train and coach team; maintain SOPs.
• Oversee monthly billing cycle and contract terms.
• Prepare monthly client reports and revenue computations.
• Improve billing processes to strengthen controls.
