Job summary

Reap is seeking a detail-oriented Scheme Compliance Associate to join our remote team. You will execute processes defined by Scheme Compliance, compile findings, and support senior staff with remediation strategies and escalations.

In this individual contributor role, you will review marketing materials for brand standards, perform post-publication sweeps, and maintain registries for TPA and PIF schemes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-publication review of marketing materials against scheme brand standards and programme rules.
• Run periodic post-publication sweeps across digital and physical marketing channels to identify unapproved, outdated, or non-compliant materials, and log findings for remediation tracking.
• Maintain the live TPA and PIF registries, including tracking submission statuses, modifications, renewal dates, and ongoing requirements set by the schemes.
• Monitor TPA and PIF activities.
