Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Analyst for a permanent, full-time role based in India.

This position can be performed remotely within India with a preference for Mumbai, Ahmedabad or Bangalore and occasional travel to our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Security, GRC, role design, SoD and ChaRM expertise across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP and related environments.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of hands‑on SAP Security and SAP GRC experience within an enterprise SAP environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, RBAC, PFCG role design, authorization objects and user administration.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x, including ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter and BRM.
• Experience with S/4HANA, Fiori Security, B4HANA, GRC, SLT, PI, and SAP Solution Manager ChaRM.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end lifecycle of SAP user access: administration, role assignments, provisioning, de-provisioning, and termination.
• Design and maintain roles using PFCG with least-privilege principles.
• Analyze SAP authorization issues using SU53, SUIM, ST01, STAUTHTRACE and related tools.
• Support GRC Access Control modules: ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter, BRM.
• Perform SoD and sensitive access risk analysis with remediation collaboration.
• Maintain GRC rulesets, mitigations, and Firefighter assignments and workflows.
• Support periodic access reviews, role reviews, privileged-access reviews, and access certification.
• Assist with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Security, BTP Security, and ChaRM backend auth requirements.
• Collaborate with auditors and control owners; ensure proper change management and transport controls.
• Understand ITGC, SOX and global audit requirements; support security design during projects.
