Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Analyst to join our India team in a permanent, full‑time role. This position can be performed remotely within India, with a preference for candidates in Mumbai, Ahmedabad or Bangalore and occasional travel to the Mumbai office.

You will design and maintain SAP roles, manage user access lifecycles, and support GRC modules across S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, and ChaRM.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on SAP Security and GRC experience in an enterprise SAP environment.
Strong understanding of RBAC, PFCG role design, authorization objects and user administration.
Experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x including ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter and BRM.
Hands-on SAP S/4HANA/Fiori Security, BTP Security, GRC and ChaRM knowledge.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end SAP user access lifecycle including provisioning and de-provisioning.
Design and maintain roles using PFCG following least-privilege standards.
Troubleshoot SAP authorization issues with SU53, SUIM and ST01.
Support GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter, BRM).
Perform SoD and sensitive access risk analyses; work with owners on mitigations.
Maintain GRC rule sets, Firefighter workflows, and access control processes.
Support periodic access reviews, role reviews, and access certification activities.
Assist with SAP S/4HANA/Fiori security and BTP security configurations.
Assist ChaRM processes including security roles and transport workflows.
Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to provide access evidence and remediation.
