Sony Pictures Entertainment seeks an experienced SAP Security & GRC Analyst to join our India team in a remote-capable, permanent role. You will manage SAP user access, RBAC, and GRC controls, coordinating with global stakeholders. Occasional travel to Mumbai may be required.

The role demands 3–5 years hands-on SAP Security, GRC, and ChaRM experience across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and BTP environments, with strong SoD and risk assessment skills. Flexible hours will help overlap across time zones.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of hands‑on SAP Security and SAP GRC experience in an enterprise SAP environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, RBAC, PFCG role design, authorization objects, profiles, and user administration.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x, especially ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter, and BRM.
• Practical experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Security, B4HANA, GRC, SLT, PI.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP Security.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end lifecycle of SAP user access including provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Design and maintain single, composite, and derived roles using PFCG.
• Troubleshoot SAP authorization issues using SU53, SUIM, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, and related tools.
• Support GRC Access Control components: ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM; conduct SoD and risk analyses.
• Maintain GRC rulesets, mitigation controls, and Firefighter workflows.
• Assist with periodic access reviews, role reviews, and access certifications.
• Support SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Security, BTP Security integration with IAM, OIDC/SAML where applicable.
• Assist ChaRM processes including transport/change-management and security roles.
• Collaborate with global teams; flexible to morning/evening hours for time zones.
