Job summary

Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in a fully remote role based in Spain. You will implement Salesforce solutions, develop lightning components, and ensure high-quality delivery within a collaborative, intercultural environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong English communication, and a Platform Developer I certification.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years as a Salesforce Developer with strong Apex/Visualforce/SOQL knowledge.
• Experience delivering complex Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency building Lightning components and integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and SDLC best practices.
• Strong self-management and accountability for assigned apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop software according to user requirements and design specs.
• Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
• Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and maintain procedures.
• Review code for performance, reusability and detect anomalies.
