Job summary

CHMSU in the Philippines seeks a PH Registered Nurse to coordinate department processes and ensure service quality. You will perform telephonic on-line authorizations, contact specialty providers, and monitor patient eligibility.

Active PRC Nursing License and at least 1 year bedside care are required; NCLEX scholarship applicants must hold a valid Philippines passport. Willing to work from home temporarily and in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Must have an active PRC Nursing License.
• At least 1 year hospital bedside care experience.
• Newly Licensed Nurses encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with BPO/CSR experience under Healthcare Account.
• NCLEX Academy Scholarship applicants must be a valid Philippines passport holder.
• Willing to temporarily work from home.
• Willing to work in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes.
• Perform telephonic on-line authorization of routine services.
• Contact specialty care providers.
• Monitor patient eligibility.
• Perform on-line data entry of routine authorizations/denials.
