Job summary

AbroadWorks Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Adjustment Coordinator to support healthcare operations and risk adjustment programs remotely.

You will coordinate daily workflows, track chart reviews and coding activities, and assist with compliance and quality assurance initiatives from a home office. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare operations, care coordination, medical coding support, and population health, with strong Excel and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare operations experience and risk adjustment exposure.
• Experience with chart reviews, CDI, and coding support is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent English communication and remote-work discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily risk adjustment workflows and project activities.
• Track chart reviews, CDI reviews, provider feedback, and coding activities.
• Maintain queues and task assignments for coding and clinical review teams.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on deliverables.
• Schedule meetings and document action items.
• Support RADV, compliance, and audit readiness activities.
• Maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
