Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a senior MarTech consultant in the Philippines. You will understand and explain MAPs, CRMs, AB platforms and data foundations, then implement programs for clients with precise documentation and clear reporting.

You will onboard quickly via formal training and shadowing while following established QA and time-tracking processes. This role offers a full remote setup with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong MarTech/SalesTech/AdTech skills with expert-level platform certifications.
• 10+ years of Oracle Eloqua experience and consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain key marketing and sales platform types (MAPs, CRMs, SEPs, CDPs, AB platforms).
• Explain basics of relational databases and data hygiene/normalization.
• Implement marketing/sales programs in client systems with clear documentation and measurable reporting metrics.
• Learn and onboard quickly to platforms through formal training, shadowing, and hands-on tinkering.
• Follow and champion production processes, including peer QA and client review.
• Track time daily in the approved time-tracking system with proper coding and notes.
