Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all resident communication efforts, including managing rent delinquency cases, renewals, and other resident-related concerns.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests via telephone, email, and text.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents to foster community and retention.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure policies and procedures are followed and issues are resolved quickly.
