Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Recruitment Admin Intern to support sourcing, screening, and candidate management. You'll work closely with a dynamic recruitment team to leverage modern cloud-based tools for efficient hiring. The internship requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, flexible with remote and onsite work in Taguig. Ideal candidates should be pursuing a degree in HR Management or Psychology and possess strong research, communication, and creative skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Can render 300 to 600 internship hours with 40 hours/week availability.
• Strong command of English and professional communication skills.
• Must have own laptop and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and poaching candidates from various platforms.
• Learn and use cloud-based recruitment tools and ATS.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Conduct recruitment market research for data-driven hiring strategies.
• Execute candidate background checks as required.
