Qualifications

• Little to no prior professional website-building experience required.
• Prior exposure to block-based builders (e.g., Squarespace, Webflow, or similar) is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and technical aptitude are strongly encouraged to apply — full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end website drafts within established design frameworks, ensuring mobile responsiveness.
• Apply cohesive color palettes and typography to reflect client brands.
• Review project briefs and supporting materials before work begins.
• Translate client notes and brand guidance into actual builds.
• Design intuitive websites that support lead generation and user experience.
• Perform self-QA against build checklist before handoff.
• Verify compliance with state disclosure, brokerage branding, and MLS/IDX rules.
• Implement SEO fundamentals like metadata optimization and link mapping.
• Manage tasks and maintain accurate statuses for workflow visibility.
• Own delivery timelines and address QA passbacks promptly.
• Escalate blockers to Team Lead when needed.
• Communicate workload risks early and clearly.
