Ideal candidates have basic HTML/CSS and JSON knowledge, an eye for design, and a willingness to learn AI-assisted coding. Eligible applicants must reside in the Philippines and be prepared for graveyard hours, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON.
• A developing sense of layout, balance, and aesthetic consistency.
• Willingness to learn AI tools to accelerate coding and design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end website drafts within established templates on the Presence Platform.
• Apply cohesive color palettes and typography to reflect client brands.
• Review project briefs and materials to ensure full understanding of requirements.
• Translate client asks into actual builds and ensure strong UX for lead generation.
• Maintain high-quality work with self-QA and compliance checks (MLS/IDX rules, branding).
• Meet task handling times and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
